As soon as I see those arrows or any indication that someone is suggesting a certain player for a certain other player... I just stop reading. There are several reasons for this: (1) The majority of the ones I have seen are ridiculously imbalanced or not thought through. These trades have to be fair to the person trading, but also fair to every player that already owns the player you are trading for. Someone shouldn't feel ripped off because someone else got an easy trade for a player they paid the full price to put on their team initially. (2) There is no reason not to make the trade, or in the two ways there is no one who would even consider going the trade one way while everyone and Hot_Bid's mother would take the trade the other way. Trades can't be no-brainers, otherwise it is unfair to the teams that didn't get ant no-brainer type trades. (3) The week hasn't ended, so a judgment call can not clearly be made about the players until they have no more potential games for the week regardless of whether it is currently fair or not. I'm not saying that all of these aren't fair. Some are or could be, but they are few and far between. Trades need to be fair for EVERYONE. They have to be fair to the person giving up the player to get a new player. They have to be fair to the person who already had that new player on his team. And they have to be fair to people who didn't have an option to make the trade. Examples of what makes me happy: This is what I ask for. If there is a player you don't want. Let me know and you can get rid of that player. You don't get to hand pick his replacement. Regardless of what happens in the week, I know that Ideas wants to trade away Sea or Hwasin for someone else. When I know that, I can look through every player and see which ones make the most sense to be traded for the players he didn't want. I can then put them up for trades and then Ideas will have to make a decision to make the trade or not. If he is really unhappy with those player he will be more likely to take the trade, but someone who is confident in Sea or Hwasin eventually turning it on at some point will likely not make the trade. There will be pros and cons to every trade. Never just pros or just cons.

Maybe you should just write a program that matches players of roughly equal value, as determined by cost and/or points scored and pick a few of those each time. Yes... eventually this will/may be the case. Currently e don not have such a written program and it is still manageable enough to look at requests. I figured I will take requests and if I can't look at or address them I won't if it gets to be too many. Currently it's not too much to bear. But requesting doesn't hurt.
