Something I noticed for people who say it's a very slow download.. If you disable peer-to-peer (Click View ---> preferences ---> uncheck "Enable peer to peer transfer") it seems to extremely speed up the process. For me instead of it being like a normal torrent I was connected to a single peer that was listed as "http direct download" on the torrent client. I think just unlike the WoW patches and such the http client isnt overloaded for bandwidth so it really increases speeds. Downloaded mine last time around 600kb/s using this method, can't guarantee it will work the same for everyone but it takes like 5 seconds, doesn't hurt to try. | ||
