Happy 10000th game, TLPD!
The Teamliquid Progaming Database just had its 10000th game added!
+ Show Spoiler +
TLPD is one of the things you use every day without realizing how awesome it really is. Whenever you hear someone in the foreign scene theorycrafting and citing player or map statistics you just know they're looking at TLPD that moment. Trying to remember that one proleague game two seasons ago? Enter what you can recall in TLPD and it'll give you all you need to know, most likely including a VOD. Do you still know how following progaming was without TLPD? It's like it's always been there.
That's not the case however: TLPD is just over 1 year old. So I want to use this occasion to thank first of all PoP, the creator of TLPD and of course the many dilligent workers on staff too who keep TLPD updated each and every week.
Here is to you guys and the next 10000 games!

tlpd is simply the most amazing thing that ever happened to tl

Thanks TLPD crew for continuous inputting information for user satisfaction. It makes searching information so much easier for us non-koreans. Being able to browse around and successfully check map stats are unique things about tlpd.
thanks

TLPD is the best resource a progaming junkie can have. I can spend years getting lost in it.
So thank you, vielen Dank, merci beaucoup, gracias, kiitos, (if anyone knows 'thank you' in Korean pls tell me. :p )

TLPD is one of the best features out there, and it doesn't get enough love. No other database compares to TLPD, (unless Kespa have one, but i doubt they've pubically released one)

TLPD is one awesome resource with kickass statistics. Happy 10000th game to all especially for those who keep TLPD running. It's going to expand even quicker with GomTV Intel Classic being sanctioned by Kespa. Keep the games coming and let the TLPD run forever! =D

TLPD is so fucking awesome, I can't remember a day when I didn't look something up on it.
How long did it take to make?
Who all helped with getting the stats put in, especially from way back in the day?
Props to answer to question #2

I've always said it. TLDP is the greatest feature available on TL.net. Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the thread zatic! Makes me want to stop being a lazy ass and finally get back to that project... :p

I'd say around fixe/six months. I believe I started working on it in Feb/March 2007, and it was released around late July.

Actually, no one did it manually. I made a script which basically grabbed the game list from the KeSPA website. Inputting all the games manually would have been a nightmare. :p
