"Oh, I should be the favorite, I'm the best foreigner obviously because I practice 12 hours and others only can get 4 hours max. I'm definitely the favorite to win the WCG USA". It was too cocky. Although he does get more practice time, he did lose in Spirit, which is totally embarrassing, as well there are several top foreigners that I bet could contest his claim. Even if he WAS, unarguably the best foreigner, you shouldn't be making arrogant statements like these. On top of the fact that he is arguably NOT the best foreigner, this is going to lead to some flames.

He DOES have the right that he should be proud and confident. But he should not be disregarding any opponents like he did. He is a good player. In fact, a great player. And, although I personally don't think him the best foreigner, he is a good representative with his determination. But it's unacceptable to talk like he did; even if it IS true, it's rude and disgusting. I wish Idra luck, and hope he is successful in his path, but he's got to get rid of this horrible aspect of him. And for your own sake, I'd think it best for you not to call people retarded when you haven't even been provoked. Completely unnecessary.

I think some of us expect to much from someone who has been their less than a year. These Koreans seem to start playing younger in a more conducive environment, in there own backyard. Foreigners going over there have to play catch up possibly by a few years.

Its just his reputation. Most of the media players have it, it tends to bother people. they seem to get a long and dont take it too serious and or understand each other so it works for them, but dont act like hes some Victim and people have feelings for him based on nothing.

Nobody had problems with anybody going to korea until rekrul went really (maybe smuft caught a bit of shit but I dont remember any of it being widespread) Since then its just been Draco and Idra getting shit really. If draco wasnt from Poland I dont think it would be such a big problem either,In terms of "arrogance" I dont see much of a difference between Fisheye or Draco, the Polish fanbase seems to start a lot of shit on forums ![]()
