Why didn't July move up? As far as I know, he's been doing welll recently? Is this a situation where the second half of the month cancelled out the first half of the month?

You gotta be kidding me, jd got knocked outta osl and is still on top. Bisu is outta both msl and osl and is 4th. Stork has been like under .500 his last ten games and is 3rd. Overall I trust the powerrank a LOT more

Because the power rank is a subjective estimation of play strength after the games of last month.

Kespa is calculated with match results over a period of time, so it does not say that #3 could easily beat #18, because he is higher in the rank. Just that #3 had better results in the past. -.-

So much hate on the Kespa rankings on this forum. Stork is still 4th on the teamliquid ELO. You guys seem to forget everything besides the last 2 weeks before rankings come out. Kespa takes into account games and results significantly further back than anything on teamliquid. Powerrank exists to show who is looking strong at the moment, regardless of (relatively) recent, pre-slump successes.

The fact that savior is still 11 is a testament to how dominant he was not too long ago.
