IRC-channel for everyone would be the best way, instead of having to look through different gateway-channels/forums in order to get a game.
ahh yes.. they have tried that at one point, in chann op tl-west. Unfortunately with the addition/competition of other servers like Hamachi, ICC and even WGT out there ppl have started to disperse, relocate and play on these other servers. I agree w/ you though and obviously if the TeamLiquid community was once again able to reshape itself in to one solid server (one that was free, like the orig. 4 server - east, west, euro etc)there would be no difficulty getting games w/ almost any skill level. I must say, this is one of the biggest and most longest lasting forums/teams/sites i've seen run in many years.
it's like.. even separate players, of other big teams from all over the world even log in here and participate in TL affairs etc.. the amount of ppl that visit this one site for their BW news and information, as well as the forum-interactiveness w/ other members etc.. it's crazy to me how long it's been around. I member I had to quit for like 2.5 years because had no internet.. I thought when I came back that like no one would be still playing online as much, or that pro-gaming would still be around..
At least when I did come back, MANTOSS was still around for 2+ months before he about retired >< glgl

Perhaps the TSL was the first step in a grand scheme to funnel all the foreign players through a TLnet/ICCUP hegemony? Those 1k+ signed up under TSL are actually the first seeds of a new world order! /conspiracy
Also, is EtherealDeath still updating the OP?

unforeseen/dontmindme/TrentLane @ ICCup Zerg C-/C Buenos Aires, Argentina
Excellent idea, dude, I didn't have the balls to get it done myself.

Add me aswell, rkarhu, Protoss, Finland. And I'm as low as they get, so I guess it's D-.

Would be just like looking for scrims/pcws in counter-strike for example.
LF 1v1 TvZ ( skillevel, map etc) and anyone who's intrested replies and they set up hamachi/b.net directly instead of having to wait around etc.
This is actually a great idea, since it's more likely that people will have IRC running constantly as opposed to some Bnet, Hamachi, etc. Plus the alerts system is a lot better in my opinion.
Just to test the waters out, I'm gonna make a channel on quakenet called #TL-Practice
If anyone wants a match, just join and ask away.

I'm a D/D- zerg, who wants to specifically focus on zvz. Anyone who wants to practice zvz please message me either here or on ICCup.

OK! Created an xfire group go here: http://www.xfire.com/clans/teamliquid/ apply to join and post your rank in the forums
download xfire, and whenever you wanna play, msg them on xfire SO MUCH EASIER gogog

OR the even easier way
irc.quakenet.org #TL-Practice

I suppose D/D- is the lowest, so that's me Toss player. Haven't played more than like 5 games in the last 4 years or so Gotta gear up for SC2 though so here it goes O.o
Belial.v13 on USWest Belial- on Hamachi (Just installed this and have NO idea what I'm doing o.O) Belial.v13 on iCCup
Hit me up on any of those. I'll also look into starting up an x-fire group if there is enough interest. Just PM me and if I get enough responses I'll set it up.
Edit: Nevermind, didn't notice the guy a couple posts up that made an xfire clan for it already o.O

TaP.Nuada @ ICCup Nuada2723 @ USEast (Mostly on ICCup though)
C- toss; though my pvp is stronger (Maybe C+)
Looking mostly for t/z players around C level to practice with and get advice from. The ideal skill level would be someone who beats me about 85% of the time. At least for me anyway
From Austin TX, USA
