O_O moment of the day for me. Why would he leave mbc? How much was he making before? I have a feeling it wouldn't be for the money.. Do you have a link to the source (is naver a Korean website?) I'm naturally dubious about this.

The google translation of the article says: Ultimately the responsibility for poor results, and said the coaching staff dismissed the poison pill. Along with this, it is certain that one win, ready to reinforce the card. "responsibility for poor results" ... "poison pill". Worries me.

What kind of effect Kim Taek Yong's move to SK Telecom will be. From MBC Game Hero (something I don't know what jupo means) activity, Bisu changed his uniform to SK Telecom and MBC confirmed it. Dude I suck at this. Something about an effect I suck at Korean forget this. There's been a lot of changes so far in SK Telecom in the 2008 season. Last month Coach Ju Hoon and the coaching staff was fired. Kingdom and iloveoov were made into player-coaches. Something about proleague grades and the progamers embracing Kim Taek Yong leaving and entering SKT? Dude I suck. I'll try to translate this. I'll do it very slowly. My Korean is very bad. This is really shocking news.

They expect good things. Lame articles. They expect the protoss line to have synergy with each other. Talked a bit about SKT1 and Bisu's pasts of PL and MSL champion ships. No real new info. No reason why, no figures, no info cept team switch. Bisu on SKT1 makes me feel bad.

had it been one of the lesser teams, we'd hardly have noticed. now it's "those two legends are retiring", "mbc loses its second valuable player", and so on... overall, pretty cool. only thing i'm worried about is that maybe now is not the time for bisu to change his practice environment. on the other hand, i'm guessing this is the beginning of a long-lasting friendship between bisu and best, as both of them now have games vs the currently best protoss players cuming up in osl.

Dude I suck. I'll try to translate this. I'll do it very slowly. My Korean is very bad. This is really shocking news. was browsing and thought i'd complete this for jkilla =) somewhat loose as my korean isnt perfect either and it's done quickly ^^; ---- SK텔레콤 이적 김택용 어떤 효과 낼까 What kind of effect Kim Taek Yong's move to SK Telecom will have. In the situation of having confirmed Kim Taek Yong changing his uniform to SKTelecom after being a main weapon of MBCGame Hero, the topic of what its effects will be is coming to the forefront. There's been a lot of changes so far in SK Telecom in the 2008 season. Last month Coach Ju Hoon and the coaching staff was fired. Kingdom and iloveoov were made into player-coaches. After this, new players were considered with a focus on those who had good proleague records and with that MBCGame's Kim Taek Yong was selected. Since his 3-0 win over Ma Jae Yoon in the GomTV MSL Season 1 Final, Kim Taek Yong became well known as the 'Zerg killing Protoss' and in beating Samsung Electronics Song Byung Gu he also became the first Protoss to win 2 back to back MSLs. While he was stopped in obtaining a 3rd straight win in Season 3, he still left a record of reaching 3 consecutive finals with Protoss. Kim Taek Yong was also not weak in the Proleague. Although his stellar singles league performance often overshadowed his proleague play, he recorded a combinied record of 33wins 24 losses (1:1 record of 17-16, teamplay 16-8) and gained recognition that he was a useful card in both 1:1 and teamplay. With the acquisition of Kim Taek Yong SKTelecom has 2 top protoss players in its lineup for the 2nd time. Although they were able to achieve the 'over triple crown' with the differing styles of Park Yong Ook and Kim Sung Jeh (kingdom and the other guy mentioned in the news article), taking into account Park Yong Ook with his shoulder injury and Kim Sung Jeh falling to the B-team it seemed a fact that all their options were exhausted. However with the recently added Do Jae Ook (best) with his macro Protoss style bringing results, the addition of the 'zerg specialist' Kim Taek Yong will seem to bring about a positive synergy. Also the decision to make Park Yong Ook and Choi Yun Sung (Kingdom and iloveoov) a part of the coaching staff could have a big positive impact on the team in having players who have winning experience in the midst of the rookies to support them. Since Kim Taek Yong also has such experience as being one of the main members of MBCGame Hero when they went to the championships in 2006, he could become the core of a new SKTelecom team. Being stopped at the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the 2004 Sky Proleague, SKTelecom was able to rise to the throne with the fresh blood of Park Tae Min (Gorush) and Jun Sang Wook (Midas). Much interest is already gathering as to what will happen to SKTelecom now, a team that has failed to reach the postseason in the proleague since the 2006 season, with the acquisition of Kim Taek Yong. ---- hope that was good enough ^^ oh and i know this is my first post here, ive been just browsing and stuff for a while here now but never bothered to reg and post anything but coming across this today i thought i should contribute so there it is ^^ ty

in interviews you always see players thanking people from other teams as well as their own so we see replays such as bisu vs nada on arcadia II leak occasionally and etc.

Ignoring the fact that Bisu seems to be good friends with Sea and the majority of the MBC crew and will probably train TvP/PvT with whomever regardless, Midas should be a useful TvP training partner. Sure, Midas doesn't cope well with Pressure, but his TvPis at the very top of the pile when he's on his game. On account of PvP ... right now I think any sane progamer would take Best over Pusan as a training partner, particularly given Best is an upcoming player.

Why so serious? | ||

MUCH AWKWARDNESS + Show Spoiler + Then again, he doesn't look half-bad in that new uniform. I just can't see him wearing that all-red SKT1 uniform. Ugh - that'd be weird -__-
