It is no secret that us retired starcraft gamers gamble quite often on starcraft games. I've had memorable games against yellow for 200$ a game where I was up 6-3 from getting PvT every game then he got zerg like 9 times in a row to finish the series at 6-12 me down over a grand.
Degenerate ElkY has donated countless thousands in Random vs Random 1k a game bets vs Smuft and I. I have donated severeral thousands to the likes of Chojja, z-zoneSoo, lovedom, and others in RvR, selected matchups, and use map settings games.
That reminds me TheWind still owes me a night club and I raped Hotforever one day about 6 months ago 8-4 straight up random vs random (yes he still blows) and he still owes me like eight hundred bones. Gotta hit em up.
As U guys read in pro-gaming gossip Nal_rA butt fucked me 2-0 and refused to take the 400$ I owed him and mocked me in real life.
There was also a time over a year ago after Fisheye retired that I raped him for some of his poker money, then he went on tilt and started playing lovedom and lost more money betting to lovedom than he actually had. LOL! He kept raising the stakes trying to win his money back even though he didn't have the cash. LOLOL I think he lost like 8k? Maybe more. Anyways that was hilarious and he did repent and did end up paying lovedom what he deserved.
Then there are losers like G5 who go around telling people that he beat me in a bet game. Who the fuck is G5? Whoever the fuck you are, you scrub, I would fucking rape you in any bet game. Stfu.
Of course Starcraft betting can be friendly for very low stakes. Smuft, ElkY, and I have lost hundreds each to Testie which helped him start off his poker bankroll but we collectively agreed to never play and give that faggot money ever again. Also yesterday DReaMe challenged me to RvR bet games 25$ a game. He wanted 5 games 25$ each. I talked mad shit to him telling him that I'm sure he still fucking sucks to which he countered me with this:

Today me and PoorUser (aka Steve aka Frost(TE) aka Liquid`Zephyr) were playing bet games. He stemmed from TL.net and is now a very famous online poker player. He has never beaten me in his life we usually do small stakes games like 100$ a game and I give him odds as high as 5:1, I think our lifetime record is something like 20-0 in my favor. I was winning 3-0 today and then he proposed a challenge that I could not beat his terran with my protoss using only probes/cannons/scouts as attacking units and observers to see wraiths. He laid me 300:1 odds on 40$. I told Grrr... about the bet and he was like don't do it "it's impossible he offered the same bet to me." I was already up 300 so I didn't really care and honestly the difference between 260 and 300 is negligable. I'd rather take a shot at winning 12,000$. I would never want to take such money from a friend like that especially in just one lucky game but I witnessed Steve win like 150k in korea playing live poker in like a week, so whatever, fuck him he could afford it. He's the one who proposed the challenge anyways. My plan of course was to do a double sided cannon rush in his main because something about the way he was talking made me believe he wasn't even considering cannon rushing as a possibility. Unfortunately he walled....

And Chodorkovskly All he has to do is go one tank with seige then only goliaths from two facts with a floating rax to kill me. The cannon rush delay was crucial but the main reason was the two(maybe 3? i forget) vultures that he made, those were useless. If he went only M&M or 1tank+MM it would have worked equally fine. Also 8 rax then expand would have worked fine.......OR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. Lol steve.

You're talking about a guy who is at 60 supply when he only lost about 2 units or so at 14 minutes. I don't think it matters what he tries, it's going to fail.

I am not sure how much I am down overall against Rekrul but it's not that much, guess we played at least somewhere around 80-100games against each other ranging from 50$ to 1500$ at a peak imho.
Overall Dan should be leading with maybe 15games more or so.
I played lovedom for maybe 30-40 games where at the end we we're betting 1500$ a game so 8k isn't that much obviously.
With Smuft I am overall a winner imho we had a few games 3000$ each but most other games were 200$ or below.
I really enjoyed those games but with my current poker responsibilities and my 30" Monitor I doubt I can play any Starcraft Games on a lvl above PoorUser =]

I was pretty sure that there is no way to win this vs any competent t player. I mean you have to survive early cannonrushes and if u managed this you just have to play properly macro, expand build mass turrets a few tanks. From then on you can build goliaths + upgrades + m&m's + tanks basicaly.. u have fucking good chances to take this..

We've played bet games twice fisheye, I lost small once (~200 / game for a couple games) and then I didnt play you for months. I sucked you into some low stakes bet games when you were unpracticed and low rolled, you lost a few and increased the stakes (standard fisheye) and then lost some more. I think we played 15 or so games that time and you lose inbetween 1-2k. I have never played over 1k a game with anyone but elky and I am definitely up on life vs you.
Rekrul and I are pretty even, we've both dominated eachother at different times on different days. I think we each 7-0ed or 8-0ed eachother. I remember him doing it first and me matching him a month or two later. We could have gotten a lot more good games in vs eachother but after Elky came back to Korea there wasn't really much point.
Elky and I have probably played over 1000 bet games. It started at 100 a game but elky raised me to 200 and then 500 within the first few days. We regularly had days where we played 12 hours straight against eachother where eating and going to the bathroom was pretty unacceptable, the action was non stop. The stakes were quickly raised to 1k and sometimes beyond. I'm pretty sure elky and I have traded more starcraft betting action back and forth than all other starcraft betting between all other players combined. Rekrul and I have both gone on pretty significant streaks vs elky before with 10 game winning streaks being pretty common, I think Rekrul had a 15-0 session vs elky before but I am proud to hold the record of 20-0 in a single sitting.
The only person I am definitely down on life vs at starcraft is z-zone soo. He raped both rekrul and I 1 day after the other with pretty significant winning records. I think something like 10-1 vs rekrul and something like 9-0 vs me. We both felt pretty helpless after getting raped that bad but it should be noted it's not a TRUE starcraft betting game since soo picked zerg (true brood wars betting is random vs random).
That pretty much sums up my starcraft betting.
