I was surprised that Team Protoss decided to revive Snow for their last chance. Not Mini, not Bisu. But man, were they so right about that decision? That game vs Hero is sick
Man I'm so impressed with SnOw's level. He's so calm when playing PvZ and waits outs every zerg. Plays so smart, splits his army, how he pushes with his units only a bit, to sense where Zerg is moving and keeping tabs on their armies. Lures them away just a bit to foce the zerg to 1a2a3a or burrow, only to storm them and whittle them down little by little.
Most Protoss bait themselves into a composition trap and are too often forced to attack because they got out maneuvered, but if you watch this FPVODs, he stays so calm, even when you can see Zergs attacking him in more than one front, getting defilers on the front of his base or getting doom dropped.
And it's not just reavers, he dances around scourge with sairs, landed sick storms on scourge/mute more than once and played DTs everywhere, going all the way around like a cover ops mission. Such a joy to watch.

Very well said. I think he's very good at creating and exploiting scenarios where zerg is overextended or otherwise fragile. With that he questions the commonly accepted aggressive mobility zerg is known to have.
Maybe zerg can use parasite and ensnare to track and catch shuttles and reavers in the late game. A queen moves slightly faster than an upgraded shuttle. If I played zerg I would certainly try that.

What you said reminded me of this one: soma (FPVOD) vs Snow Map: Retro Very long game. A unit we don't see too often, specially in ZvP makes its appearence.

What you said didn't really happen but I was thinking it every time a Shuttle flew in successfully.
Wow that game is huge, nice find Thanks for posting
Utterly ridiculous Shuttle Reaver performance from Snow. I've never seen the teammates of a player wowwing that much during a Proleague game. Even Rush had to smile in admiration.
At 6:30 is amazing. I thought that was only possible when a tank was being sieged and not fully sieged yet. It seems like (on LAN latency?) you can unload and load immediately if the tank barrel is facing the opposite direction to dodge the hit. Very interesting.
Also makes me wonder if Kal was still playing would he have developed his rvr play to this state as well?
Finally got around to watching this one, that game's a real gem for sure. Even the introduction to the reaver harassment is very instructive, the way Snow opens up Rush's defenses to expose weak points in his base before he starts going bananas. Lots of wow moments one after the other. Thanks for posting!
