I'm disappointed. 
But to answer others questions, yes his nickname is Red Sniper, but in SC2 we know him affectionately as Harry Potter lol. Don't ask 
I as a huge HwaSIn fan, I watched his games in Proleagues, Starleague, and in every game he's in, if I can watch, though. You need to watch closely, and you shouldn't really criticize people in just what they seem to be, if they're weak in your eyes, I suggest you watch a few VODs in which he wins in them. And I did said the haters are welcome only to construct arguments that make sense.
I'm really annoyed by the guys who even use bad words to describe him, so it's just not right, and it's just not fair. He really deserves respect, but if you guys don't give him the right respect he deserves, I can't force you.
I made this thread because I want to know who else likes HwaSIn in gaming, and what he is now.
he made me win A LOT of Liquibets, because of the faith I had in him, I also prayed he'd win, from my spot in th 200's I'm now top 13, in over-all the Liquibet.
I suggest you probably observe the player you're voting for, because that's what I do, and I do not criticize so fast, I get time to observe and if the opinions TLers say are true.

I like HwaSin though. Before I played toss I was T and I followed progaming around late 2006. HwaSin v Savior was one of the matches I saw and I was so amazed he could do so well. He is one of my top 5 favorites ^-^ after Stork and Much though

since when has hwasin been hated? some people questioned if he was a one matchup wonder and/or just riding good maps when he first started performing, but he was never generally disliked like justin/bifrost/crocus.

That hate is quite superficial and insubstantial compared to those directed to the ever so talented Child, along with the likes of GoodFriend, Bifrost, or even Iris (for his craters) at one time.

Why are CHild, Goodfriend, and Bifrost hated? Any reason? I always see Bifrost being made fun of but never knew why.

I still need to see him win an important league, before I'll truly acknolwedge (fucking shit word) him. But there is just something about him that I don't like... maybe because there's nothing really special about him.

Child - kills fan favorites in qualifiers, then goes 0-3 in groups. I believe he literally did this twice in 2006 OSLs.
Goodfriend - For having a very boring to watch - but very strong - playstyle (which again kills fan favorities) as well as boring personality. He's frequently been captured on camera looking sullen. Publically coming out and saying that he is unhappy b/c of his small # of fans also added fuel to the fire (although he's gained this weird "popularity" as an "unpopular" guy lol)
Bifrost - For having changed IDs more rapidly than anyone in the history of progaming. TheMarine[Name] -> Casy[Name] -> Bifrost -> Justin -> Crocus. Add on his turtle style gameplay, and you have a recipe for a hate target.
