EPTSCMDraft seems to look for rez\epilogx.txt in the game files to detect if the expansion is installed, and it seems like the bad patch deleted this file (probably whoever is working on these new patches didn't know to leave it for this reason). If anyone has contact with the author, may be good to let them know, since it seems likely Blizzard will roll these changes back out in the near future and given that they can't even be bothered to post a single announcement, I doubt they're making any effort to contact anyone either.

But if one were to put actual effort into upgrading CEF at this point, I'm not sure why you would pick a version that is 2.5+ years old. At this point they've pushed, reverted, and re-pushed an update that breaks a number of things, with zero communication to even tell us why or who is doing this. edit: Also interesting is that they rolled back this patch *again* last night, but only for Asia. So we're stuck with this shit, but people in Korea are probably on the older (less shitty) patch. | ||
