For those who leave the game prematurely, is it possible to estimate team score at the time the player leaves and make the impact of the victory less significant for that player (add less points) if the score was tight, also make the impact of the loss more significant for him (subtract more points) if the score was tight. Added: What I mean is if at the time player A from team Q leaves team scores were 50%/50% then if team Q wins player A receives 0 points but if team Q loses then player A endures half of the loss points for the team when the other half is divided between the other 2 players. | ||

I've seen many As and Bs playing badly and many Ds and Cs playing well above their ranks. And you can't really get out of this rank-hole, the reason being there's no seasonal resetting mmr points like in any other league. I'm pretty sure there are many players who got better and deserve to reestablish their real rank without getting another nickname. | ||

as for HelpMee and other players who leave games that could be won. There is no rule that people who leave games get banned. I would consider banning someone who leaves all games just to ruin them, but HelpMee has a 50% win rate, meaning he is definitely not leaving every game. As for introducing a rule for banning people who leave too early, I don't want it as that would mean many reports every day and I don't have enough time to judge every game. If there was some sort of automated system for this, I would consider it, but for now I don't see how to do this. Maybe some sort of voting? BTW. HelpMee is not 'protected' - I don't know the guy and as you saw with KeKe I ban even very active players if they break the rules. As for gap between games - it comes from transferring data to the http server. I'll try to make it smaller, but it's hard to tell how much time it will take. As for league divisions. This topic has been talked about in the past. There is already a mechanism to create only games for certain classes. The problem with this was that people didn't join those games, as they take more time to start. Also, once bot starts to ban people, the games is pushed down by the system and fewer people join. At http://bghmmr.eu/about.php there is the current schedule. Every day there is an hour for C+ games and two hours for D+ games. There are also many hours when only ranked players can join. | ||
