Hmm, okay.
However, the rule seems to be based on a misunderstanding. Even inactive players can still monitor the minimap and offer guidance to lower-ranked players. (ofc, shitty player like weloy can't teach anyone. XD)

this is toxic behavior. this player needs to have all accounts banned. he is single handedly ruining a disproportionate amount of games for other players.
