The Semifinalists from each ASL are automatically seeded into the Round of 16. That's why each ASL season has 28 players in it instead of 32. | ||

Remember, these are just the initial bo1s, they've got to play 2-3 of the people in the group to advance, so it's impossible for them to be knocked out purely based on a ZvZ. It's just that EffOrt and Jaedong are my two favorite players and their first games are ZvZ which has been a huge problem for both of them. I think I'm just having flashbacks to ASL4 and ASL5 is all.
