why was this game recommended? and by two people? Just because it's Flash vs JD doesn't make it worthy of watching for those that are only looking for good matches and resort to the "recommended games" thread.

Even a game that lasts 10-15 or more minutes can be decided partway through in split seconds if nothing rebalances the game's advantages afterward. When players like Flash and Jaedong play each other, one mistake can immediately cost either of them the game, that is why their serious games are often so short, while their casual games, such as their WCG games, which they described in interview as being like their online practice games, are played out conservatively over 30+ minutes.

The winner senses weaknesses and commits to a decision instantaneously, following up relentlessly. What? + Show Spoiler + Flash commits to applying pressure to make JD's 3rd gas a thing to fight for, while JD pretty unusually for recent few years's trends stays on 2 gases with no intention of getting a 3rd one and goes on aggressively towards Flash who is unprepared for said aggression and succumbs to muta/ling. No mambo jambo senses theory involved in my eyes. Interesting? sure. Worthy of recommended game? ![]() Maybe I overreacted making that post, but having to resort to recommended games thread these days, makes me kind of annoyed to waste 15 minutes on a game with practically no fights, twists, harassment just cause it's Flash vs JD. mod edit: spoiler tags User was warned for this post

Can you please spoil your post..? I don't think users of this thread want to know the results ahead of time... edit: Recommended VODs includes all kinds of games people are interested in. Cheeses, macro games, failure games, hive ZvZs, elimination races, high-profile matchups ("hype"). So deciding what's "worthy" is entirely up to the individual. Some threads I've hand-picked that I use: Cool and Unusual Starcraft Elimination The End of an Era? (Hive tech ZvZ)
