It's Windows 10 set to 800x600 with W-MODE 1.02 via wLauncher. You can configure yours to do this as well, but it's clear he has this setup because BW in fullscreen brings in some issues and annoyances when streaming on a platform such as Afreeca which will have you alt-tabbing a lot. | ||
