I have tried both EN and KR(there is a pulldown menu on the right side of the wDetector) but still it doesn't work.
After I connect to the server, I was in channel fish battle zone, and it says the channel is moderated.

Edit 1: I guess I'll have to connect to Twitch chat manually using stream key and chat token for now. I have another question. Is it possible to reply back to a Twich chat user using a command from Battle.net chat or in-game chat?

For twitch they chnaged recently loggin on the site so all data you must put manually. Almost for two years, when you configure twitch settings, launcher log in on the twitch site, authorize mca64Launcher and download streamkey and chat password. That was advantage over obs or XSplit but now as i said they changed it, but i will try to do something you can reply to twitch chat in game using /t message command, For bnet chat reply maybe in future, i already did it but lost my code somewhere
