+ Show Spoiler +I like watching savior stream.
Its a marvel watching a guy with relatively low APM (which is still better than most players (save the top afreeca streamers) in the current post kespa era) pwn nubs with his impeccable game awareness and timing.
Plus with all the controversy and hate surrounding his past, he's still streaming BW going into 2015, giving any nostalgic fans that love him as a player or any aspiring zerg player a chance to enjoy his stream. With no regards to his presence, BW is still nevertheless slowly going into resurgence in Korea. I don't believe there's a reason to hate him anymore, would you agree?

I don't think there's a reason to hate him (or anyone) because all that does is it bothers your mind. But I don't like him still making money out of BW while making some questionable statements about its future and I don't like the idea of him being featured or spotlighted around here in any way. If you like watching his stream, watch his stream. What's the problem? If there's more of you guys, make a skype group to share and discuss his games, pics, whatever. You don't need TL support to do that, and apart from some minor league here and there, he is mostly irrelevant to the competitive scene.
It's not that I personally couldn't survive bumping into some mentions of him around here but at the end of the day there will always be someone who won't like it and it'll produce useless drama and in the end won't make this site a better place. And if you're looking for someone to blame for that state, we all know who that is (him).

Hmm... someone over at Disney apparently likes Starcraft... there's a 'Zealot Guy' type character in Big Hero 6:

(a bit of an extreme example) but it aint cool.

He doesn't participate in any major amateur tourneys outside of the smaller clanwars or a China invite. He earns a bit of cash from afreeca streaming but so does all the other expros in afreeca. Given his infamy you can say its shameless doing that but you can't stop him from doing that since its not illegal in any way, besides he doesn't only play BW (I think he plays LoL occasionally too)
And he has not cause any more misdeeds to sabotage the scene anymore, unlike a certain Jaehoon not too long ago

Fans aren't going to watch matches if they think they're fixed, so Savior and guys like him can literally destroy or severely damage the whole scene. KeSPA's perma-ban of him makes perfect sense.
What's not to get?

It's funny - without defending savior here - that I have a similar picture of KeSPA. I liked how they went apeshit on China, when they never really bothered about the international scene, or how their players threw matches to get better grids in WCG. I know there's a difference, but it makes me facepalm in contrast. I really don't mind savior doing what he does, as you pointed out, he doesn't matter anyway. However, KeSPA going public apeshit and trying to turn it in a way Sonic would proactively support match fixers is a bit off. It's this self fulfilling prophecy: savior hurts us, cause KeSPA says he does, he does, because KeSPA makes a public fuss about something they should not be bothered with. Personally, I feel betrayed by all parties. This includes destroyable rocks, Blizzard and Garena.

Alas, we place these leaders on a higher moral pedestal, but like in most situations in life, KeSPA was just protecting its own interests. Maybe if KeSPA's board of directors were distributed between teams, players, fans, and industry, things would be different, but with a partisan group with partisan interests, add the combustible fuel that is large amounts of money being at stake, and misbehavior happens

Modesty takes down Zhanhun 3-0. Too nervous and insipid performance by the Chinese toss.

heard Roro retired not too long ago. has he come back to play BW, was it mentioned anywhere?
saw bisu play an unknown B rank zerg (skuld) just now, there are fans speculating its him.

saw bisu play an unknown B rank zerg (skuld) just now, there are fans speculating its him. He's on NsP's roster for HCL3. (Hope Clanleague). Whether he played yet or no I can check later. The fact that he's there doesn't often mean much.

I've played alot of BW the last week or 2 (resurgence ftw!) and it usually doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes to find a game, and I can't even host cus my router doesnt allow me to port forward (<insert sad rage here>). But ICCup definitly isn't dead.
