There's your problem, you're using Norton.... But on-topic, you gotta hop onto your router and open the port there (doesn't hurt to also have a firewall rule for it as well) | ||

EDIT: Found the link I'll try it New PC, grab a live USB and do a full format on your hard drive, then install whatever operating system you want fresh and clean. Gets rid of any OEM-installed rubbish you don't want, and if you bought from a non-reputable source then you won't have to worry so much about them having any malware they installed on your drive before selling you the computer. | ||
