Reminds of me of those clunky yet awesome games that couldn't be reproduced anywhere else but in SC:BW. (go.go vs pure, Stork vs GGplay, FBH vs many people, games of boxer, horang2, leta etc). You have to get balls as huge as skyscraper to play like that in MSL. And what makes it better is that free played along with it, which all of that made indeed one of the best BW games ever played. Bibbit made one of the best recaps i've seen on TL. Hiya deserves recognition for this even if it was a loss. Yet 1 thing still lurks my mind "Can we have more like that"? | ||

Ever since I heard about BW being replaced by SC2 in the Korean scene I have played with the idea of creating a highlight video that contains ALL of my personal favorite BW moments. As you can imagine, a video covering every epic moment from 1999 (the first OSL with Grr etc.) to 2013 (Tving OSL, Jangbi vs Fantasy with Kim Carrier's emotional outbursts) would consume an endless amount of time, also considering I would probably miss half of all the good stuff and I want to maintain a certain quality standard in terms of my amateur highlight videos (if that is even possible with my crappy editing skills). After spending about a year of re-watching almost every match of the OSL, MSL and Proleague tournaments from 2004 - 2011 during my spare time, I have decided that I might wanna give that idea a try again, mainly for my own entertainment on my spare time. Some stuff about the highlight video - if you care about it: + Show Spoiler + - Due to its length I will obviously release it in separate parts / episodes, one at a time. - I already have a list of every epic moment I want to cover from the Boxer Era to the last OSL, so finding the content is not a problem anymore. - It basically follows the same style as my other highlight videos (the Hiya vid for example): Simple editing, some fancy music (mainly from Touhou Doujins) and a stronger focus on capturing the actual Zeitgeist of every moment in its total awesomeness, not only the matches itself. - For whatever weird reason, I have decided that the video will follow a reversed chronological order (2013 -> 1999). - How much actual video content do I have so far? 40-50 minutes that I am pretty satisfied with, including: A fancy intro and most moments of 2013 to 2010 - with a special focus on every individual league final - the Tving OSL 2013, SK Planet Proleague Season 1 (KT vs SKT1, 2011/12), Jangbi's Legend of the Fall (his runthrough of the Jin Air OSL, 2011), ABC MSL (with the hivetech ZvZ Finals featuring Great, 2011), Bacchus OSL (rematch of Fantasy vs Stork, 2010/11). Next up will be all the Jeadong vs Flash stuff (Flash's golden mouse win, power outage etc. ^^) Only problem there is left to take care of is that I couldn't manage to get my hands on a Youtube account that allows me to upload vids that are longer than 15 minutes (unless they changed their policies?), since I deleted my old account as I said before. I don't want to upload my stuff on niconico or elsewhere since I want to add those fancy Youtube annotations that contain links to the full matches depending on the respective video scenes. That is the reason why I am writing all of this here, lol. ^-^/ | ||

Google Help This sounds like a really cool idea. I've been watching your old highlight videos on my computer, and I have no doubt that this highlight series will be just as good, if not better. | ||
