At the start of the game the maps in the pool had ridiculous amounts of rocks in, most had backdoor rocks into mains It's just led to the widely held belief that he LOOOOOOOOVES rocks | ||

Basically, in Starcraft II, Blizzard loves to add destructable rocks in every map, even when it's not needed. It got so bad (they started adding them to expansions, blocking paths, backdoors, etc.) that we assume that Dustin Browder (sc2 designer dude ) just loves them destructable rocks. | ||
