Jae Dong and Bisu have higher APM I believe, but Flash is still fast even after his surgery and all. Flash though has such good sense of BW that he pretty much had the best macro out of everyone, and with his decision making and solid mechanics he's just nearly invincible.

You are correct. In be flash is not too fast. He has around 270 to 300 apm, which is around average, if not on the low side
