By.Sun started to receive increased playtime during rounds 5 and 6 of the Shinhan Bank Proleague 10–11. He finished those rounds with a respectable 9-4 record, including wins over Calm, BaBy and Neo.G_Soulkey
-Comment on your AK ▶ I’m really glad that I AK’d. Last time, the team’s T and Z are able to AK. Finally, it’s P turn and we are on equal strength now.
-Ever thought of getting AK? ▶To be honest, I never expect of getting one. I only thought of having the possibility to win over Jaedong, and then try our best in our game.
-After watching you and Jaedong game, it reminds me of a match during SPL finals ▶I don’t know about everyone's opinion but it think it has its advantages. I feel that I can win, about the detailed part I’ll like to keep it as a secret ‘but’ [T/N: “because” should be the right word] having too much information is not a good thing.
-Comeback from a losing situation ▶ When I was dominating during the early game, the moment my expo got destroyed, I thought it’s the end for me. Although there seems to be no hope, I kept going on. My hyungs inspired me whenever they face difficulties, they never give up. So, I did not give up as well. Thus, I emerged as the winner.
-Do you learn a lot from your teammates like you learn from Bisu? ▶ Of course. I learned a lot from Bisu and BeSt hyung. Before the finals, they gave me a lot of ideas. As well as their games gave me insightful stuff.
-Every player in team are actively trying to get a place to play in SPL and STX Cup ▶ Every professional players have their own ambitions. Only by our own effort, we will not miss any when opportunities knock. That’s why I have been maximizing my training for the survival of the fittest.
-You are SPL Rookie of the Year, and most likely to win eSports Best Rookie award ▶ Personally, I feel that I didn’t perform well enough. So, I do not know will I win the award. As long as I did my best, my effort will be rewarded.
-Any final words? ▶ I want to thank the fans who traveled far for the finals. I hope coach Oov and coach Bul_T will take good care of their health when they join the military. I also want to thank my teammates and the coaches for helping me out every game. Next STX Masters Cup, I want to AK again. [T/N: Watch out yo!!]

After Jaedong's game I was thinking "wow, can he do it?" then Killer came out, my reaction was "he's going to do it?!". Then after Hiya "omfg he did it!" I'm glad he did well and the reactions from everyone afterwards was priceless haha Hoping for more great thing to come from him in the next SPL. Sun fighting!

To be honest I was fucking pissed at Jaedong and Killer for dying to Sun, but I'm glad a new Protoss had a time to shine, gives the scene some more flavour.
I too am annoyed that Jaedong lost. There was one thing he needed to be wary of, and he ended up losing in the most predictable manner. It was the only way he was going to lose after a beautiful and well prepared opening. *sigh* Some other guy said that he should never get hyped for matches- I agree... for the most part they end out disappointing.
Really cool that Sun's doing well. His regular season results are more impressive than I thought.
I think he claimed (likely partially as a joke) awhile back that he wanted to be the best at PvP (Bisu is Z and Best T, so picking P makes sense). As he's a rookie, hopefully he's able to integrate some of the strengths from both of their playstyles, as Bisu and Best thus far haven't seemed to have been able to fully pick up on the other's strengths.
Afrotoss gotta step it up to keep up with Sun at this rate.
sure sun's good but not that good. just caught oz at an an event nobody really cares about on a soon to go byebye channel; it's vacation time and just got news youre disbanding.
if there ever was a time not to give a flying cuss...yeah this would be it. couldve been hyuk up there and im sure he wouldve ak oz' entire lineup with a proxy hatch opening every single game playing with just his mouse.
