After the end of the Korean Air OSL Season 2 finals last year there was a retrospective look at every Starleague of the last 10+ years, its players and champions. I thought it was a very well-done montage and quite touching, so I thought I'd upload it separately for anyone who only saw it once then or missed it.
so many memories...what are some of yours?
edit: I've submitted this to reddit so some sc2ers/newer players can experience it. Please, spread the joy and upvote it! Reddit
I remember this, thought it was really cool. Most impressive part was how many times Reach was on it, especially considering how few tosses were doing well in the beginning.
Oh my god... T_T I haven't seen that vid in ages. Seriously moved me... so much history. So many greats, so many amazing moments.
I feel like EVERYONE on TL has to be FORCED to watch that vid. Even the SC2 kids... so they can respect not only the heritage of SC2, but so that they can know. How incredible. Boxer/Nada/July were in their day. They were gods among mortals, they walked every huge stage, they won everything, they were the top of the gaming world, standing on stages we only dream of.

Grrr is a guy from Quebec specifically from the municipality called Beauport, and I live in Charlesbourg which is side by side. When I was young my dad told me about a guy who lived in Beauport who was a pro BW player. At first I wasn't too sure since I was young, I was sure he was only pro here in Canada and nowhere else. But oh boy I was wrong, that guy won a damn OSL! Haha I'm so happy for him, he makes Quebec proud! I miss him even tho I was way too young to watch his games or even know about professional BW in Korea. (I'm 19 now so yeah).
On topic: I REALLY enjoyed this video, I never saw it before and it makes me regret SO MUCH that I didn't know about BW earlier. This video game must live forever, nothing on earth will come close to this. Maybe I'm pessimist but damn, BW man, freaking BW!
This video reminds us that sc2 scene is no where close to the bw scene. The fans/signs/emotions/tears/storylines/heroes/villains/pain/triumphs. Tell me Reach's intro of him putting on headphones don't pump you up, the shots of the tears of the vanquished second placers, and the costumes/uniforms!!!! Thank you scbw for making my life that much better!
