With your two wins today, you were the hero for your team.
It has been a long time since I won twice in one day [T/N presumably he means under the SPL format?] I'm very glad to get two wins. Even though we fell behind 1:3, Crazy-Hydra and I bore the pressure, so I'm proud of us.

You were sent out on the brink of losing. Were you worried about the score?
I didn't think very much about being down 1:3. Instead, I focused my attention on the upcoming game. I pulled my confidence together, and I told myself I wouldn't lose.

In game 5, you cut SCVs to create a timing attack.
Recently, when Protoss face me, they always go a 1gate expand opening [T/N unsure], so my strategy was tailor-made to shut that down. I only wanted to get a small advantage with the opening, but it put me ahead by a lot.

In the ace match, you faced Hydra. Did you want to take revenge on the creator of the MSL Group of Death?
I didn't think of it that way. Group selection is the right of the last champion, and I'll respect that. So I just considered this a faceoff against the outstanding player Hydra. This was actually our first meeting in an official match, so I knew it would be interesting. Making the Group of Death really is the right of the reigning champ, and there's no two ways about it.

Your team had only beaten hite in SWL; in SPL, you had only lost to them.
I can't deny it. We have lost a lot. But today, in R5, we beat them, and we want to do the same in R6. Hite's a very strong team, and we made some mistakes today. But now we've won a series against them, so I hope we can use today as an opportunity to repair our weaknesses.

Recently, your schedule has been very busy. Are you having trouble keeping up with practice?
Even if I didn't have any time to practice, I'd be very relaxed. To be honest, whenever I practice freely instead of focusing on just one match, my results are always better. Playing more games means the chance to get more wins.

Jaedong reached 200 wins in SPL.
I thought before, for me to be the first to reach this mark would be tough, since Jaedong started playing long before me. But I hope I'll be the first to reach 300 wins. There was a time when our win counts were close, but recently the difference is about 10 wins. There's going to be an intense race to 300 wins when we near the mark. I hope everyone will celebrate when one of us obtains it.

Anything else?
Coach Hery gave me a lot of help. For Terran players, he is the best coach. As the team with the strongest Terran line record, the coach must be #1 as well. I want to thank him very much, and since he is rarely noted in interviews, I must thank him extra. Also, our team's housing arrangements have changed, so I'm with the other Terrans. Barracks has recently been doing well, and Suny has immense potential too. To tell the truth, I used to be rather distant from Suny, but in the past few days we've become more close. I know he works very hard, and I hope he can improve his skill.

You guys led your team to victory
Stats: I tried my best as the first player to start the momentum for the team. I'm glad to have won.
CH: I was able to win thanks to Flash/Stats.

You played (T)BByong, a rookie terran.
Stats: At first, I tried to play more relaxed because I had more experience than him, but the fact that he was a rookie made me a little nervous. It's very hard to figure out what rookie players would do.

You seemed to be a bit flustered after (T)BByong held off your forces
Stats: He held it off better than I had expected. I hoped to finish the game by countering right after the first engagement, but he managed to defend it quite well. I tried to stay focused on the game right away in the possibility that I could lose.

Your team was in a tight spot with a score of 1-3.
Stats: It was quite disheartening to see [my team members] prepare so much for these matches and lose. But I'm glad that CH and Flash managed to win.

Crazy-Hydra:
Your team was behind 2-3. Did you feel any pressure going into the match?
CH
: There was a lot of pressure behind me, but the coaches had helped me to control it.

You faced Hydra. Were you nervous?
CH
: To be honest, I didn't think that I would lose if I had to face a zerg. Sometimes I do get nervous [when facing a zerg], but I felt relaxed today and that helped me to win. Also, the game went in my favour, which helped to calm me down even more.

You seem to be filling your role in KT quite well with your 2nd (consecutive) win versus zerg.
CH:
I was the "ZvZ specialist" back in Woongjin. Having transferred to KT, I felt pressured to do well in all three matchups. However, the head coach (Jihoon Lee) told me that his biggest expectations was in my ZvZ - so I felt determined to do well in ZvZ no matter what. To be honest, I was a little disappointed because I wanted to play against other races. I don't believe that my skills in terms of other matchups have been tested, and I want to see where I stand against other players.

It seems like you're being sent out more often since your transfer.
CH:
It's still extremely competitive in KT to get sent out. Right now, I'm trying my best with the mindset that I've been given more chances before other zerg players in the team.

With the new change in the house, I heard you guys have divided the rooms by race.
Stats
: Right now I'm sharing a room with (P)Reach and Coach (T)Hery. Because I'm the youngest, they take a good care of me. It feels like I'm sharing a room with my older brother.
CH: I shared a room with Stats when I first came to KT, but now I'm with other zerg players. Because we're all zerg, it's easier to discuss strategies amongst ourselves.

Any last words?
Stats:
(Z)YellOw gives me a lot of encouragement and advice all the time, which helps me a lot. I want to congratulate (Z)HoeJJa for the 3rd year anniversary of his debut, as well as thank the coaches. I hope the players that lost today feel better.
CH: Today is (Z)HoeJJa's 3rd year since his debut, and I want to congratulate him. Also, we all agreed to each get a bicycle to exercise - I can't wait to get one and ride it with my teammates.

Thank you for the translation. Hm, wish there was a nice statistic about PL, how often each player was send out(minus WL and playoffs) and their win rate etc etc.

I love his 'start' spam before every match, but yeah, I don't think I've ever seen him say 'start yo' before.

Flash: This baller.

He's not the only one who does it. "yo" is a form of informal-polite sentence ending in Korean.

Dang it, you just had to go and ruin it for me...

I'm just going to keep thinking of it as the American slang.
