I think quite few already know this but there is a popular BW live show called "Staying overnight with Sinae.scx" (신애와 밤샐기세.scx),
It is similar to B.net Attack, first person view but the main difference is they use launcher with lan latency enabled most of the game, therefore proper pro-micro unlike b.net attack, in 1st part first few games are just warm up match with random players but from mid they also invite high rank player from Iccup or brain server etc to play against (B+ at least, A- in avg) and 2nd part they play ums together.
You can see how good even B class pro's are by making fun of all pro-wannabes in game while commentators try to distract him by keep asking sensitive questions. Perhaps the best show to be taught how to play SC properly.
calm - 김윤환 fantasy - 정명훈 stork - 송병구 hiya - 구성훈 etc Most unfortunately they weren't able to invite Jaedong and Flash.
I know quite few of you will have slow internet connection to their server so if someone could provide me a permission to upload to Nevake channel I will try to transfer some of my favourites fvods there. I am quite worried about copyright infringement though, can I get sued from Ongamenet if I happen to get caught?
There have been plenty of OGN and MBC sourced videos uploaded to youtube, you probably won't get caught and have them taken down. OGN and MBC don't technically have broadcasting rights for BW anyway, so they don't have the power to request a takedown as far as I know. There was a different case for Jon747, but you can learn about that through the thread made around it. You won't be able to upload them to nevake though, it's TLs super secret producer account that very few have access to ;o
I've never heard of this show until now though, thanks for sharing it.
p.s. thanks for the info, could someone summarise what happened to John747 after his channel got shut down? I.e. sued, fined etc from WCG?
he was just shut down, nothing more. as of now he basically disappeared once the channel went down. he was banned from tl due to a bunch of drama that happend a couple of years ago.
either way though i have basically found a lot of the missing vods he had, not on youtube. but close. i'll be posting the link once i "scan test" it.
also do you know of other shows like this for sc1. i know of bnet attack. but other than auctual tournaments and such, what is the sc programming in korea.

I can only recall few right now, Ill add some more If I can find more :
Kingdom's Manner pylon (용선생의 매너파일런) - show taught by Kingdom basically teaches us SC, tells us hidden tips, exact build orders, how to analyse timing push, all-in attack, macro micro. extremely useful show if you could understand korean. <- http://www.ongamenet.com/broadcasting/tpl/leagueMain.ogn?leagueId=YongPylon
starcraft mission impossible (스타 무한 도전) - Commentators playing 'impossible' usermaps sent from viewers http://www.mbcplus.com/smd
there are some talk show done by commentators too, not sure about those yet. Other shows include korean popstar announcing sc highlights, selection of the best games of the year etc

I am watching that right now, great episode. Will do so if TL provide me a permission to upload vod to their channel. Meanwhile please go to the website I provided, click the following link called "VOD보기" and type 정명훈 to the search query in the bottom. You will be able to watch from there. (episode 124)

not always but they do invite some every few episodes. But all the commentators are retired pros anyway they do play quite well.

It really isn't, the progamers just roflstomp the amateurs anyway. Amazing too see the differential between a B teamer and a high ranked amateur though.

This really came out to me in Nal Ra's Oldboy(where this show actually comes up a bunch of times). Nal Ra has like 70% winrates against amateurs but loses to practice partners and every progamer he encounters lol

You do realised that he won the ULTIMATE WEAPON in a 1v1 in fighting spirit ;D

TLPD, but there's no guarantee they will have a VOD. Your best choice of action is copy pasting the korean name on the vod title typically 3 characters and typing it into the search bar. It will show you the progamer's TLPD page as a result ^_^.

Has anyone been able to download these from ongamenet? I gave it a try and didn't manage to. My internet is not that great and I'd like to just watch them without having to buffer every two minutes...
Hmm, could you possibly import some vods of the MBC shows you mentioned? They sound really fun to watch, and I know - at least in my knowledge - that OGN vods are free while MBC are not.

Assuming you are using Windows, you should be able to access your "Regional and Language Options" in your control panel and there you can check the boxes for complex and asian script. That should do it.
I tried downloading the vods but browsers dont seem to cache them or do they? At least nothing appeared from cache folder that would be playable in vlc, unlike youtube etc such sites. Any idea how they could be downloaded?
The seeking bar in the web player doesnt seem to function in a way that would indicate content being cached - it doesnt seem to be possible to seek backto already played footage. I mean it downloads the vodplayer.swf but the video itself.. where is it? only functions like a live stream player?
