Yes you can.
Any program that runs .torrent files would work.

The first two work well.

Only did this cuz vods are not available on the big vods thread, but could be done more often i suppose. IMO they should use bittorrent instead of hosting on their own server, it would be better for everyone and everyone would be able to download. It's not like using a bittorrent client is harder/more annoying than using the autopm to get a new password every day.

Exactly, I agree 120%.
If they are troubled with people not uploading, TorrentBits is the best client I know of that takes care of that. Eveyone is assigned a ratio (upload/download), those with a low ratio over a long period of time, will be banned ^_^

The Hub is usually slow at sharing the newest VODs. You have to wait a few days to get them at decent speed. Whereas Torrents are P2P and instantaneous.

actually i got the vods off the vod hub because the vods were posted here and then shared on the hub, but i thought posting the torrents would make it easier for everyone
regarding torrentbits, i never really saw the point of filtering people who dont upload... im no bittorrent expert but im sure when bittorrent started being used for these things, people already knew that the world is lazy and selfish and most people wouldnt seed
PS: seeding all 3 torrents since i posted this... try stopping/resuming

i guess we would just need 3-4 guys with really fast upload speed to do the initial sharing. once 10-20 people with normal DSL are seeding it should be really fast.
but starting with just 1 DSL seed will take a LONG time until it's spread enough to get decent speed

Ok, the downloads have finished, but where do I open them? I know to just double click on the files in the ABC program, but can I move the finished file somewhere else, so I don't have to open ABC every time?

Torrent files are little weight files that tell the program the architecture of the file that is going to be dowloaded and where to connect to dowload it.
You download those little files (Torrents) and download the files (VOD in this case) using a program of your choice from all BIT torrent programs there are (bit tornado, azureus, abc, bot comet, bit torrent, ect)
When you open the torrent in the program it may ask you where to dowload the file Or if you are resuming the file, where was it being dowloaded so it can go from there.

awsome Why wasn't I on Bittorrent before? ANyways I Told ABC to DL all three Vods and left my CPU on for the night and today hope it helped others DL times. There should be a main torrent VOD thread somewhere

i opened abc and the download isnt working "Problem connecting to tracker"
ive already downloaded two of them o it worked before its jsut not workign now
