Action, “I feel like I’ve fully recovered”
![[image loading]](http://www.fomos.kr/board/interview/1298788786_1.jpg)
In the KT – ACE match on the 27th at Yongsan, Action recorded a 3-kill, becoming a major contributor to his team’s victory today.
Next is his interview:
You led your team to victory with three wins. Being sent out first put more weight on my shoulders but I’m happy that I could do a 3-kill. I do feel kind of disappointed that I couldn’t score an all-kill.
It seems like you are really disappointed because you missed an all-kill. I didn’t actually make it a goal to do an all-kill before today’s match. But after winning three times, I wanted an all-kill. I feel more disappointed because of the fact that I made a lot of mistakes in my last game.
It seems like you’ve found your momentum. I felt like I was back after the first win against MBC Game, who we played last time. But doing a 3-kill made me feel a lot more confident. I don’t think I’m going to slump again.
It seems like you’ve had some good fortune following you. Coach Kang helped me figure out which builds to use and they all worked out great. I really want to thank him.
Do you think your performance has completely recovered? When I lose my televised matches I also lose my practice games at the same time. But when I practice today, my hive teching is fine. I think that’s why I’m doing better in broadcasted games. I hope you can have higher anticipations for me in the future.
There hasn’t been a Zerg all-killer this season yet. I don’t really have an ambition for that title. Rather, I’m thinking that if the all-killer happens to be me then it would be nice to be the first. My focus right now is getting more wins.
KT has been on a winning streak in Winner’s League. What do you think is the biggest driving force behind it? The existence of Flash is the biggest. I am able to play my games without much pressure knowing that Flash is standing behind me.
Any last words? Like last time, a friend from my hometown came to cheer for me. I was sent out first and there were a lot of people today so I couldn’t greet him properly. I’m really sorry for that and I want to thank him for coming out to cheer for me. And a lot of our teammates practiced a lot for today’s match but didn’t get to play today (T/N: because I, Action, am so good) so I hope they are not too disappointed and instead look forward to all the matches we will play in the future.

Barracks, "I'm happy about finishing the match for the first time since my debut"
In the KT – ACE match on the 27th, Barracks won his game, finishing the match in his team’s victory.
Next is his interview:
Your feelings on finishing the game for your team. It was the first time I was able to do so since I joined KT so I feel really good about it. I want to enjoy these kinds of feelings again. The score was already 3 – 1 so I’m kind of disappointed that I couldn’t play more games.
Did you expect to play today? I was practicing with other hyungs and I think I was pretty lucky. The coach gave me the chance to play today.
Were you prepared to face Iris? I planned to play as safely as possible in the game. After teching starport, I started to play aggressively. He was pretty aggressive too but I played the way I had planned to.
After being certain of victory, you rode the rest of the game very comfortably. When I tried to finish the game, my opponent defended better than I thought he would. I knew that if I got cocky, he could make an upset so I played as safely as I could.
You are getting attention with your wins these days. Now that I am getting attention I want to work harder now. I’m currently practicing to increase my skill level.
You and Action won together again. We aren’t that close to be honest (laughs). I’m joking. After being sent out together several times recently, we’ve become pretty good friends.
If you had the chance, how many kills do you think you could have gotten today? I think I could have done a 2-kill. I just feel like I could have. I played well today and had a good sense of the game too.
KT’s Special Forces team just won their Proleague. I didn’t go to the match site but I cheered a lot by watching the TV. I want to congratulate them and I hope they can carry their momentum forward.
Any last words. I want to thank my teammates who helped me practice and I want to thank Coach Hery for giving me good advice.

I'm happy for the guy, but 3 kills against ACE isn't really a valid series to believe hes fully recovered o_O.

Thanks for the translation!
And wow, wasn't expecting to see Barracks again so soon. Congrats to him for making the best of his opportunities.

Knowing Flash is behind you to clean up if needed really would remove a lot of the stress of playing

also I'm pretty sure Barracks means coach Hery, who is a KT coach with the same name as Calm.
thanks for the quick translation, as always!

KT wins by Action and Barracks for second time :D Seem that Action and Barracks have found their confidence back.

Yeah I bet they played well too knowing that Flash is behind them.
Thanks for the interview, keep up the results Barracks!

KT on a great run and cool to see they are winning shit in their other branches too. Action is finally coming into his own and if he keeps this up we will finally have a solid Z to fight for two PL titles in a row.

Thanks for the translation as always; you've been going on a rampage lately! And nice to see that Barracks is a little jokester, hahah. Btw, is there any particular reason why you translate the Fomos interviews over the DES ones? I'm just wondering.

Ugh I wish Iris could get an all kill someday... But good for kt to win without Flash

Another zerg all kill denied, oh well. So that's the secret behind KT not being KTFlash, its because of flash.

KT’s Special Forces team just won their Proleague.

i totally agree, winning against ACE isn't a big deal. but he can use that momentum and confidence for his following games. GO TOADZERG!

mafia zerg easily sweeps ace as though it's some trash :D (puts on flame coat ) by the way these is good we are probably looking at mafia to be the next best player besides the usual like Stats and Flash .It could also mean that he was getting some coaching with yellow ? which explains his recent good performance . Anyway this is always good for kt I am hoping with this KT can ride on this momentum and WIN THE WINNERS LEAGUE . GO KTTTTTTTTTT!

Thanks for the interviews! So fast :-O

ACE hasn't won a single winner league match.
It's like WeMadeFox, the lack of a reliable anchor is killing them.

3 kill against ace is a comeback?
remember last year when juni all-killed?

You need to do the interview with the mentality that ACE is a worthy opponent. It's disrespectful otherwise.

Special Force is an asian FPS game. Soldier Front is the American counter part, hosted by ijji.
In other news, Flash's 13 TvT winstreak could've increased if he had been sent out this match. Unfortunately, he didn't.

That's also in addition to 3-killing Hite in the last match. Action is stepping up finally (after an abysmal round 1 and 2). No problem in saying that he's feeling like he's recovered.

Ah, I see then. I highly recommend translating the DES interviews over the Fomos ones, because they tend to have more details that the Fomos version leaves out most of the time, since Fomos tends to condense the interview answers as short as possible. The DES version can leave out some details as well, but not as much as Fomos does. I just do a quick skim over the Fomos version and compare it to the DES one to see if the DES version missed anything, but I mostly look for the (웃음)'s the DES version missed out on and another shenanigans. XD

Yeah, although they're pretty much the same most of the time, Fomos leaves out some details that the DES version provides at times. Especially on game details; DES likes to leave in details about how a player executed their build/play and such. Just trust me on this, hehe. I think some other Korean translators can vouch that DES > Fomos sometimes as well.

Thanks for the translation, it's nice to see Action is getting back in form and Barracks is displaying some great games.
