- Vuvuzelas are banned from esports games starting from Jan 11.
- ZerG[kaL]'s father was in a car accident =[ I don't know how serious it is, but apparently the car slipped on ice? HOLY SHIT his dad passed away ;ㅁ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 삼가 고인의 명복을 빕니다..
- First episode of Hyung-Jun forms a Game Team will be on MBC Game, Jan 21, 5pm From what I know, it's an amateur starcraft team. There's going to be an open audition where seven players will be selected. http://twitter.com/#!/501gamedan <- Twitter is set up, but it's all in Korean
- KT(the company) said that it would give iPads to all of its 32000 executives and staff members, and people are wondering if KT Rolster is going to be given them as well. In the 09-10 season, when KT won the winner's league, they all received 3G iPhones so people think that there's a possibility.
- Stork went to cut his hair but didn't get it cut because there were too many people(I do NOT apologize for this =] I find it interesting)
- Saint...uh.. singing IU's "Good day" as well as a few other MBC game members fooling around
- Oz's two coaches both cut their hair short. BEFORE -> AFTER Not completely sure, but I think they did it to show their determination for turning their team around this year. It's not a fashion statement ㅋ.ㅋ
- Might as well add this. Posted this last month on a different thread, recent Effort pic. He's apparently studying for university. YES IT IS HIM he posted it himself ' - '

I was actually nodding and saying "ahhhh" "ohhhhh" out loud. Followed by my wife saying to shut up.

Aww.. no more vuvuzela
I wonder if it was just one guy that always brings a vuvuzela or is it always a different person.

I hope this team makes it into the 11-12 Season.

Another news:
iPads were used as cheerfuls before, but it raised a concern since it was an electronic device.
Verdict: As long as KeSPA staff checks the device to make sure it won't make any sound during the match, iPads, as well as other devices that can be used for cheerfuls (meaning Galaxy Tab), can be inside the player's booth.
i.e.: KT vs SKT.
Also, twitter's been useful recently. =3
Movie tripped on the first day of 2011. He thinks that he's going to have a bad year.
Also, through S. Oh of hite's marketing team:
S.: Why didn't you upgrade interceptor capacity? Movie: Because it's been a while since I've used carriers. S.: No wonder why the CC didn't go down...

♫I'm in my dreeeeaaaaaammmmm♫

is he actually making a legit starcraft team? Or will it be for something like Kart Riders?

Hahaha, they had to make a rule just cause of that one guy. I remember seeing in the VOD thinking 'omg why would you do that??'

Though, they won't be competing at KeSPA level. Some amateur league (I need to confirm which one).
I'm not sure if he will be playing (probably not); he said that he will make, run, and train an amateur team.

wtf, hyung jun running and TRAINING starcraft team??? This could be the most epic series ever... now I really hope they bring in Coach Ha as special guest; would be amazing seeing him harassing coach Hyungjun after all the harassing he received in the MBC house.

Vuvuzelas = insta ban, gg KeSPA !
Give Flash an iPad so he can play against Stork on his Galaxy tab ahaha !
If I were Stork I would have my own hair dresser come to the progaming house. It's to hard to deal with the fans when you're such a celebrity !
Thanks for these little but interesting news !

Thanks for these little but interesting news ! Actually, for regular life, even celebrities go to local hair salon to cut their hair. When they go to film a show or something etc. that's when the celebrities use professional hair dresser.
Even before MSL/OSL/Proleague matches, makeup artists/hair dressers make players look so much better.
i.e. Compare two of Effort's pictures. One from proleague and one from that 'wedding' he attended after he retired.
|
OZ's coaches looked better with the hair imo. Especially the one standing up in the "before" picture - looks like the guy from Oldboy.
|
Why all the hate on vuvuzelas? They only brought them to cheer on Stork anyway. What about the horn of Gondor? Is that banned too?
|
Good thing that Vuvuzela's are banned; that's one thing that I should thank KeSPA for!
I wonder how many people in the talent pool can Hyung-Jun select for the amateur league. Obviously, players on a team cannot be selected, and I don't know how many amateurs are left in BW.
Hope for a speedy recovery to Zerg[kal]'s father. Singing by anyone always give good laughs.

r.i.p. sad, sad news indeed :/

Please keep me updated on Stork's haircut attempts. I need some way to sync this with my phone so I get a text when Stork finally successfully gets a haircut.

technically the horn of Gondor is not vuvuzela. Find it and Stork can be cheered!

I sometimes go to Yongsan(Ongamenet) and Moonrae(MBCgame), vuvuzelas' sound makes me nervous! And progamers in game box can hear that. It's sound terror except Stork and his fans. So I am very happy that vuvuzelas' ban.

it was only 1 guy with a vuvuzela. If every single person in the stadium had one it would be different.

But audiences' displeasure is true. You didn't hear it on there that can say 'ridiculous'. In game box, gamers can hear that sound. E-sports doesn't have home and away. Why many progamers take nervous disadvantage?
