It should go 2. Rutgers 3. CMU 4. PA because Rutgers beat both CMU and PA and CMU beat PA acceptable? edit: that would mean the bracket looks like MIT v PA _____\ Rutgers v CMU / | ||

cmu vs rutgers cmu vs PA rutgers vs PA and if they each win 1 like this, then shit take into account individual games i guess, if even after the round robin they are tied and if the individual games are heavily favoring one team, despite the overall team record, the three teams could maybe agree on one superior team to go #2 | ||
