Yeah, Liquid will probably be the staple for the new era in how teams should be ran.

but yeah as with all things people do, its hard to keep going without losing any motivation and interest. tot has been slacking a while, although they have easily been the most dominant and consistent team of all. i didnt think that tot was unable to attract members because of money issues, but more because the players that were already there were fighting with inactivity and motivation. had everyone in tot kept going full speed theyd easily catch up to korean teams. they did well vs them even without doing it. then again im no tot intern, so maybe everyone in tot was doing their best to improve at all times. oh, and there also was breakdown[pg]. i almost forgot about him. so many great guys. the finnish guys from dsky... i think aqrash was one of them. there also was trek. testie. rvr testie vs mondragon was such fun to watch. >_<

If I go back to my shoutcasting days as Micro-Lzuruha and then iTG.Micro or (mYm.Micro-iTG as mYm always wanted it), ToT) players were always there if someone bailed out and I had to quickly find a replacement. I can't count how many times players like inControl, Midian and for a while this crazy polish zerg named Hullah would plead for me to cast any game he played. Dissy was always up to helping me in channels when people would go without waiting for the caster to be ready. I think a couple times, he actually had games restarted for me. ToT) was always about the community, although we won't see the actual team in SC2 I'm sure we'll see some of the previous players dominating in the future.

Eventually as each ToT player began to accept what was coming, his only choice to play serious was to join a team that planned on playing it. Had ToT accepted SC2 when it was announced, this wouldn\'t be happening. Not accepting sc2 has consequences, as I told ToT in the beginning. Sad to see the disintegration happen in real time. I'm not speaking for the entire team, but from my personal point of view, if mondragon isn't going to lead it full on because of lack of time or commitment, the team would dissolve anyways... thats my perspective anyways, cuz when he was gone for a little while in BW it was hard to keep the team together even with the admins like ilvy/raudo/kai/yenta etc doing their best. Again: my perspective only, might not be true.
