Lol no Joyce. The joke is that although Roffles is only a D+ noob that he could hit A level on Iccup if he played terran. It's just a light-hearted remark about how Fantasy has ruined some potentially epic matchups by knocking good players out of starleagues and then not winning them himself. Hence his nickname of the bracket terrorist (he is terrorising those he knocks out).

It's like when you're out with a group of people you don't really know, and the only reason you're there is because your friends with one of them and they brought you along. Then they all start telling inside jokes/stories and so you laugh along to not feel left out, but deep down you feel awkward and you know that when you get home you're going to be logging onto your computer and playing video games until late in the evening.
