I don't mean to start a medical conversation or anything... But acne isn't caused by the oil produced by your skin.

Pimples pop out because of hormones and stress, obviously, considering the people receiving the treatment are computer players bound to become incredibly frustrated throughout games, they'll become really stressed (duh?), thus blood rushing to their face.
I think a way to say it in an understandable way is, 'when blood rushes to your face, pimples will pop out because your face is about to pop!' Heh, I think my doctor told me that once when I was little....

Sure, players would possibly become self-conscious but I didn't know sAviOr and other CJ players had heavy acne until NeverGG took shots of them in the Winner's League finals last year. Either the makeup works or NeverGG's camera is just THAT awesome. I'm pretty sure the first thing girls notice when they see progamers in the booth playing isn't '아... 여들음 마니잇다.....' (They have a lot of pimples).
