The replays aren't released, but even studying the vod, flash's terran micro is insane, this isn't just about trying to mimic his timings (which is hard by itself), control is not something you can copy from someone else (since no 2 games are 100% identical), you have to think on your feet and react fast and smart. Flash has no equals when it comes to that atm. Also, studying a vod will not give you all the info you need since the obs focuses on where the action is, while the players are managing back and forth all over the place. You can catch a lot of it, but definitely not see every move they make. | ||

Flash probably puts a lot of work into making that timing push very flexible, so depending on what the toss is doing, he probably makes a lot of subtle changes, like exactly when to push, what kind of unit composition, how many turrets to put up, etc. It was really just what the matchup needed. I was really disappointed in how terrans were approaching TvP a few months ago. It seemed like they were too complacent to sit back and let the Protoss expand 8 times without answer (especially Best and Free). | ||
