Some players what doesn't kill them makes them stronger - maybe Oz's coach saw that Killer had the potential and is thinking long term? There's all kinds of possibilities here - I'm inclined to believe in the coach who turned Hwaseung from a garbage team to a powerhouse and cultivated Jaedong to his full potential, over a bunch of guys who see ZERO of the practice games and know nothing about a player other than the few televised matches they've watched. I love it when people on this forum talk out of their ass all day as if the coaches didn't think of the same things that it took them like 3 seconds to think of and post on TL. If Oz coach thought Killer had the potential, then why demoted him INSTANTLY to Minor League just a few weeks after making him an ace over Jaedong? I certainly agree with you that no one here is in a better position than the coaches but it doesn't mean that every decision they made are unquestionable. Sometimes they could still make terrible mistakes that even those "who see ZERO of the practice games and know nothing about a player other than the few televised matches they've watched" wouldn't make. It's the same like other sports really - don't tell me that you've never seen a retarded call from a coach in football etc. To me no matter how I look at it the Oz coaching staff failed hard in this Killer case.

I dont think they really made bad decisions. Oz is just giving the inexperience players get the experience and make them carry weight for the team. but i really think Oz coach is thinking really well trying to get a gold somewhere in the future

Think of B team players like farm teams in sports. Put some players you want to get more experience or need a confidence boost into the lower league instead of riding the bench in the top league. The AHL or Triple A baseball have a lot of players teams want to develop or keep exposed to quality play time. Getting something like a 25-10 record in Dream league and 1-1 in Proleague is likely to do more for you than something like 1-2 in Pro league. I would be surprised if these were locked rosters that didn't have mobility between the leagues. Out of curiosity, what would Greg/Idra be put as on a Korean schedule? Would they just use English so you would get "Greg Fields" in a wall of Korean names?

If your team's 2nd best player is a B-teamer, be afraid, be very afraid. Oh, and I LOL'ED at Chavi's record. He is the perfect 50% player.
