Well basicly it is right that after like 20 or so your reaction time and speed in general starts to get worse. That's why White-Ra being somewhat around thirty only has around 200 APM usually. ZvZ for example is a matchup where any tactics or strategies are rarely seen, so the entire game is reduced to actually speed, reaction and overall unit control. So being younger and faster gives you a big advantage. Anyway: Go ret!

Anyway: Go ret! you dont actually get slower as you get older when you're in your 20s. ra's a coincidence, and theres not that many fast foreign protosses, or fast foreigners in general, anyway. the korean's attitude towards age is more based on the manditory military service + the fact that older players dont really want to focus solely on gaming as much as younger kids will. if someone is in their mid 20s but doesnt have other obligations and is willing to practice all day theres nothing wrong with it.

It is evident that a human being could be in peak BW condition well past age 20. Since Koreans start young and their training method is highly susceptible to burning out, there is a trend of BW players doing worse in their early to mid 20's.
