▲ I started well but since I haven't played in a while I was nervous and made a mistake, but I'm happy that I won.

- Did you have any pressure that your opponent was Leta?
▲ No, I thought I could win since it was TvT. I'm not the type that worries about who my opponent is.

- You slumped near the end of last season.
▲ My goal for last season was 30 wins and I think I got too arrogant when I reached that goal. I won't let my guard down this season.

- How do you feel since the season has started?
▲ I'm a little worried because I didn't think it would come so quickly, but because this is our job, I will try harder than last season so we can create a good memory next summer.

- Your team is known as "Jaedong one-man" team.
▲ I think people say that because I'm not good enough. I wasn't able to play as well as a second ace player should. I'm confident my teammates will all play well and we'll be able to get rid of that image.

▲ I want to thank my coach for letting me play and I'm happy I was able to win.

▲ I should have kept my probe alive longer to see his attack timing. I ended up having to build unnecessary cannons. I think I panicked a little.

- How do you feel about your first win?
▲ I'm happy. The new season just started and people were talking about 12 loss streak. I hope people stop talking about that now. It's a new season with a new team, and I have a good feeling after the preliminaries. I hope people forget about my past.

▲ No, our Terran players helped me a lot. Hwasin also helped me even though he had a game. I talked about builds and management. The preparations went well.
