Hi
Ive been following the streams of both Sheth and Destiny for a while now and have come to the conclusion that they are both amazing zerg players. Sheth has a lot of experiance, played on the korean level and has amazing macro skills. Done well at the NASL, GSTL, and other major tournaments. All this success and skill and hes still without a team? FXO really screwed...imo... by releasing Sheth.
Destiny.... where to begin? True he has no major tournament wins, but i think he is the most under-rated player in the SC2 scene. He has amazing control, superb creativity, and really understands the game. He took a game of Socke, beat Machine, beat Huk couple of times (true the last couple were on ladder... but you beat any of them on ladder without cheesing..or with) and beat Rain in a bo5. He is very ambitious and is actually wants to go to Korea to play. Why did no team sign him yet???? He is this good without any serious training. His only practice is from laddering, but he cant do that often because of lessons and SOTIS urges. Imagine if he was on a pro team with pro teammates and training partners. How much better would he be??
I think teams who want to improve their roster should get moving quick. Sheth and Destiny are two weapons needed in every proteams arsenal.
So teams get at them...heres looking at you RGN
P.S. another thing i forgot to mention is that they are both famous in the Sc2 scene so every team will benefit from a little more fame.
P.S.S. Hopefully posting here is ok sorry second thread ever

He fit very well into ROOT Gaming and still plays / lives with (I'm assuming, since I hear him all the time in the background) with CatZ, it's just the issues that came up with coL.

Lol sc2 isnot a team sport. Thats like saying Swimming, wrestling, and track are team sports.
That being said, i disagree completly, in ROOT he was very friendly and a teammate

I believe teams dont want to sign Destiny in because of his BM. Though that is very short sighted. We all know as viewers of his stream that he is indeed, at least has the potential of being a ultra super good zerg player if given the best of the best practice sessions with other professionals.
As for Sheth, only a matter of time.

True about the BM... but hey look at Major... Sixjax signed him... and whatabout Idra.. hes bm on a profesional level like in tournaments and such, desinty is just BM on his stream.
And i hope sheth and destiny go together to a team, i think thed be cool training partners

Destiny/sheth WERE on pro teams with practise partners and both have split. Its not a case of they are good and have not been picked up, its a case of they were picked up and something maybe went wrong. Also destiny probably wouldn't be allowed to stream as much if he was to join a team due to practise etc.

sheth will be signed after this mlg for sure.
destiny doesn't care/want to be on a team. which is stupid imo but his choices are his choices.
|
Destiny was offered to join coL and was going to but declined.
Sheth asked to leave FXO. They're an international team and Sheth isn't an international player. It made the most sense.

Destiny wants to be on a team.. no one was smart enough to ask him yet...besides RATZ lol.

Destiny was on CoL but they wanted him to moderate his stream. Plus he didnt want to join CoL in general but had to do it so the aqusition of root be succesful

Destiny can't be on a team that wants a good reputation. He makes more from Streaming so quitting that for a team salary doesn't make sense.

Destiny - people have thought he's overrated for so long he's become underrated. He's improved a ton in the last 4-5 months imo. He's super creative, and his infestor-based style is sooo fun to watch. He gets insane value out of them. He beat Bomber in a BO3 and has taken games off some really, really good pros. I don't really agree with his "anyone should be able to say anything they want all the time" attitude but as a player he's the real deal.

Why can't he still stream?
He was streaming when he was on Root.

Sase as well! I'm sure him and sheth will find teams though, destiny probably could too if he wanted a team

The only reason it's an issue is because Destiny is a high profile case.

What do u mean high profile? How so... his stream is his stream, he has never made any scene or bm during a tournament. There are other more high profile players on teams already!

Just throwing it out there. Destiny is making more money than most pro-gamers and has more name recongition right now without being on a team.
|
Destiny tried it out with Complexity but he found he couldn't handle the restrictions the contract with Complexity gave him. He offered his resignation with CoL within a few days and has not found a team since.
