It took much longer than I wanted for that last 100 points to C- but it finally came. The game was a TvP on Python. I spawn at 3 while he's up at 12. We both scout the wrong direction so I'm able to complete my wallin and delay my first marine.

When my SCV gets to his base I notice a very oddly timed Nexus at his expo.

I saw latter that his build was an odd 2gate expo where he cut the first few goons for a Nexus. Of course this is exactly what you want to see when you are going for a Joyo rush. Even better, just before I moved out he took a premature 3rd off 4 goons.

Meet little resistance to his nat, where he pulls probes. I know he has 2-3 goons behind me somewhere and more on top of the ramp.

All in all, a fairly boring build order win. Still, I'm very happy that I executed the build almost perfectly (forgot a supply depot after I had reached his base). Normally at 150apm, this game had me at 225 so another sign of improvement. Hopefully I'll have another one of these soon for some C+ or maybe even B- action!

Congrats though! As ICCUP I heard is much more difficult now since very few foreigners play, and koreans are just as good as ever... so C- must be pretty sweet atm

Anyone still serious about laddering now just plays on Fish or Brain. Just maintaining 1000 alone on Fish is equivalent to C+.
