Your lust for your neighbor seems to illuminate your current relationship. You should ask yourself if you are still in your current relationship because you are committed to the girl or because it's comfortable and pleasurable for you to have her around. If the first, then ditching her seems a betrayal. If the second, then you probably should have separated a long time ago.

Best advice is to make a decision quickly and commit to that decision that you made. Don't decide to stay with your current gf and then try to do something with the German woman and don't dump your gf then try for the German woman and if she rejects you try to go back to your current gf.
People wavering and not committing in these type of situations will just lead to messy end results.

I honestly think when push comes to shove in five months the girl you're with now will change her mind and you'll have regret acting too soon. Most of all you should know this happens and probably her decisions are being irrational/illogical at the moment because of the stress/pressure/spite possibly.
Just my opinion, but I wouldn't risk cointossing something probable, for something possible.

I think a big part of the problem is I've sort of emotionally checked out of the relationship, out of necessity in some cases. Mostly because we've been back and forth on this before, and this could just be another back and forth, or maybe not. I'm going to talk to her this week, and go from there.
For all the cool kids and trolls who think her finding out about this would be such a terrible thing, I've already considered telling her I'm interested in other women. That really wouldn't be that great of an idea, actually, because that would just as likely make her want to be with me more (temporarily), then make her not want to be with me at all. She has a pretty big jealous streak, and the thought of me being with someone else might be manipulative, so I wouldn't do that.
Also, if you think she, or any other girl hasn't had frank conversations with friends or others where you are objectified and measured, you are an idiot, and know next to nothing about women. Just putting that out there.
As far as her "not being that into me" or us not being that close, sure it is a possibility. If I were reading this, and didn't know her, I would think the same thing. It could be the case here, but I don't think so. The only thing I can really say about it, without going into too much detail, is that she would view me following her out there as too big of a commitment, that she isn't ready for with me, or anyone else, as she says. Or maybe she just isn't that into me, but she isn't the kind to lie.
