Taxing the product is the half the reason California is considering legalizing weed now -- it's big money for the state. And I don't think any reasonable person would say we should legalize hard drugs like crack or heroin. But if we can sell cigarettes and alcohol -- we can sell things like weed and ecstasy. | ||
