well you should tell him...if you're his friend then it IS your business unless you want to be a shitty friend to the guy being cheated on.

Besides, hiding it from him is possibly the worst thing you could do about the situation other than jumping in on her yourself.

I don't know what you're expecting to happen by telling him off the bat, but it's probably not what you want. Try to get the other friend to do it first and if he won't man up, then say something. At least give him a chance to fess up on his own, and don't be the whiny messenger who gets destroyed by both friends.
