Last I heard, women are on a monthly cycle, while men are on a day and a half cycle. After 3 days, you've completed two full rounds of sperm and hormone production. That's a decent rate at which to have sex, solo or otherwise. Day and a half is also somewhat sustainable for men, but when you start into twice a day (like on my honeymoon), it starts to be too much.

@ konadora, I'm not going to tell you not to value your virginity, but be careful about saving it for "the person you'll be with forever." What if you get involved with someone and then find out that you're not sexually compatible after-the-fact? My spouse and I made sure we were physically compatible before going through with getting married.

Moreover, I had a handful of other relationships before settling on the one I'm in now, the one I hope to stay in. I don't regret the others; I needed the practice. Same goes for her and her relationships. I'm not sure there's such a thing as a perfect soul mate. You are young yet, and probably need to be open to the fact that you won't get it right the first time.
