Im in college lol. College is so easy it makes me cry. Aside from a biology for majors class, All my calculus, physics, english, history, ect. classes have been downright a shame. Although i do enjoy Calculus and physics and our Math department is one of the best.)
I just hate doing homework. Especially in classes where I can listen then take tests with an hour or two of studying + listening hard in class.

You can transfer to more difficult colleges. Or tell the professor it's too easy.

My bad, thought I read your birth year as being 1994 or something in your profile. Be grateful of your innate ability and strive to be the best that you can, very few have it you know? Then again if that were really the case you wouldn't be posting in this thread (with a subtle air of bragging) in this thread then would you?

Actually a lot of professors like feedback. Obviously their material is easy to them, so they have to guess whether or not their students get it. If half the class are bebop_beserkers and get everything easily and do well and half the class is deathspanks and get it but don't feel like doing homework, maybe they think the deathspanks are struggling.
Besides, they won't listen to one student at the exclusion of everyone else.

hehe I got an A on my first test and a D on my second. I wouldn't be suprised if he thought I was struggling.

I had the same problem in undergrad. It's a lack of motivation, really. You just need to stimulate yourself with things that are fun and open-ended, without goals that represent 'low-hanging fruit.'
I picked up hobbies...
Magic (the gathering)
Chess
Climbing
A Capella
Went back for my PhD in a subject I didn't know (yes, graduate research is a hobby. I don't have deadlines and it's totally open-ended)
As long as I can juggle these I feel pretty stimulated.

You could also argue if you want that I'm not smart because I don't try as hard as I can . Yea I have a shitty attitude can you tell me how to fix it?

Having said that I experience the ol' I want to be great kinda bullshit sometimes too. I have recently found a few things in my life that I use my apathy to fuel(apathy gives me the time to do the things I enjoy.). You have to enjoy doing some things. The other things around you treat as you wish. However if you love doing some things, allow passion to flow through you into your work. Before you know it, you will be damn good at something or another and enjoy doing it. At least that's what i hope.
