Hey,
Well essentially me and this girl went out for about 4 months or more.
We then split up, not in any great dramatic fashion but we did over some small things but mainly we weren't spending enough time together due to school and other things we had on.
Now we are back talking together online and everything is going well. It's been about 6 months since we split up.
We were really close when we were together.
So when im having a conversation with her online, could you give me some advice on trying to get back together with her?
Things to say to hint I still like her, things like that? or really just your own opinion. I know you'll assume I'm a coward but I really ain't planning on doing the whole "xxxxx i still love you" on msn kinda idea. So something a bit more subtle.
My worry is that shes kinda super emotional at times, and I fear that if I suggest it openly like the example I gave above and she's kinda undecided or not sure that she wants to get back into a relationship she'll relapse back into being super emotional about us which would just cause her more heartache.
Thanks a lot guys, take care.

Try to see her more often. 4 months isn't really that big of a deal to make her feel like its a huge part of her life but she'll come back to you after you meet her more often and be nice to her, etc.
It really depends on the reason for breakup. I'm going thru the same thing

tell her its just about the sex and ask to be fuck buddies

Any of these will work.

It kind of depends on how close you guys are now. I think I would try to casually suggest something like "Hey heroes is on tonite, do you want to come over and watch it?" or "Hey, this movie just came out, want to see it?"...something that clearly you would do if you were friends but also shows some degree of interest in her. From this you can sort of gage her interest in you, because if a girl is interested she will usually won't miss an opportunity to hang out. So if you ask to do "x" on friday, and she says "no" without offering an alternative or a different day, then I think it's safe to say she's not interested.
You gotta be careful though, because you really are walking on thin ice. Its possible that she just wants to be friends and if you try to hard it could ruin the relationship altogether.

Stay thirsty my friend.

dude, are you seriously sitting there asking TL.net about hints to say to your ex gf to show you like her?
Do you not have a mind and personality of your own? Why would you want someone elses words, also, how are you not able to tell someone you dated before that you still like them? WTF are you some robot that just does as he is told?
I just think its kind of retarded to be asking a forum how you should talk to an ex gf.....lol

If yes, then girls, here he comes.

Just tell her how you feel, mostly. You don't have to go all the way and say you love her. Just let her know you still wanna hang out and possibly more.
|
Just tell her that you 'gotta have your pops.
|
Tell her, that you want it your way.

IF you wanna get back together - DON'T ask her online. It works like crap and it's not personal at all. Be a man, tell her in person. Flower/flowers are optional, but doctor hippie recommends it.

Dont be lame. Don't try and play games just be straight up. You should probabyl invite her out with friends before trying any shit that. Also stay away from ex-girlfriends.

Question, won't history just repeat itself. I mean I am assuming you are still going to school, so what will be different the second time around?
|
If she's agreed to meet with you only hesitantly, that's probably a hint that you should be taking it slow.
If you ask her out on the second "first date" then you might scare her away because she's probably still making up her mind about it too, and most girls (at least the ones worth going for, anyway) default to "No" when they're not sure. If you still have feelings for her: show them, not overly so, but a smile, eye contact, listening, and being able to be genuinely happy with her will remind her of why you guys were (presumably) a good couple in the first place.
Above all, be natural. If the two of you aren't going to work out, that way at least one of you will know it before you start.

Well, shit like this starts with one thing I really don't know why but It doesn't even matter how hard you try, keep that in mind yo. Maybe design a rhyme? Later you can explain in due time All I know Time is a valuable thing so If you watch it fly by as the pendulum swings You'll be watching it count down 'till the end of the day We know that clocks tick life away Fo fucking unreal Didn't look out below If you sit there you'll just watch time go out the window Don't try to hold on because you don't know You wasted it all to watch her go? You kept everything inside and even though you tried, it all fell apart =/

I always thought getting back with your ex was kinda sad. But I dont know you or your ex for that matter.
Just do what you did the first time. Dont skip anything you did the first time, just because you already did it once. Even if its your ex, you gotta start over.
If you simply pick up where you left, you will also pick up the same old problems. New start, new habits, new routine, new everything otherwise it will be over quickly again.
BUT, if you just want a booty call ofc, just say you are sorry, its all your fault, she is awesome, ... blablabla... and then fuck her gently, or not...

I say do it IRL, not over some MSN shit. This kind of stuff doing over phone/internets/sms is a no-no.

We can't really say because we don't know her, and seeing how every girl is pretty much a crazy hormonal bitch, but in a different way, it's hard to tell what things would freak a single individual out. Use your judgment and that should work just fine.

Hang out a couple of times before you actually ask her to commit to anything and read her responses from there. Be laid back and enjoy your time together - let things progress naturally, and don't do anything dumb, like confessing your undying love, to try to pressure her. Show just enough interest to keep her around, but not too much as to make it look like you're desperate.
If after a couple of good interactions it seems like all she wants to be is friends, you should lay it straight for her that the status quo isn't good enough. Be gentle but firm, and don't give her the option to stay friends if she decides that she doesn't feel the same way. Yeah, it'll be sad if she says no, but this way you don't get strung along if you still have feelings for her and neither does she.
