What about Heroic Bloodshed (John Woo, Johnnie To etc.)? The Japanese have some good stuff too, but you have to like japanese cinema to appreciate those. I'd recommend Miike (gory/crazy) and Suzuki (Branded to Kill and Tokyo Drifter are super stylish). | ||
