The other 1/2 was the guys insurance agent lying and saying he couldn't find the insurance policy. Since my mom knows better, when she called his agent and was told he can't be found. She asked for a written letter explaining their refusal of service. The agent denied her this letter which is illegal. So, after my mom threatened to file a complaint, the agent got her manager, who then located the necessary information. | ||
