I just finished watching the scforall video by artosis where he shows us the training center for STX, and a few interviews, thanks you very much for that btw Artosis.
anywho, in the video there is a player who sits with both his legs crossed and Artosis was very surprised by this. I sit with both legs crossed while i play, and was wondering is it that rare? and thus i would like some feedback from TLers as to what sitting positions they most adopt while playing
Poll: How do you sit? (Vote): Both legs crossed (Vote): One leg crossed (Vote): Both feet on the chair's wheels (Vote): Both feet on the floor

I fidget around on my chair a lot...Like, I'll move my legs from crossed, to one crossed, to on the floor, and back again @_@
Usually both feet on chair wheel when i'm very excited. Otherwise it's both legs crossed
it changes all the time
mostly 1 or both legs crossed
I have an L shaped desk
feet definitely go up on the desk
i try to sit up straight so both feet on the floor

that is so awesome, i can just imagine some terran on the other end getting raped and raging all over the place, and you sitting with you feet on the desk ( crossed) , slightly reclined to the side and a look of disdain due to the lack of effort required to destroy him.
(common known fact that terran are angry, nothing against it, i love boxer and nada too. well boxer :p)

hahahaha
---- Its not fair to say I play like that most of the time though. Just sometimes.
Either both feet on the floor or both crossed.
I don't pay attention to my position, it just seems to end up in either one
With my dick in the water...
wait wrong thread.

what the fuck do u mean 1 leg crossed? i mean, i put my left foot on the right side of my right foot. But my thighs aren't crossed.
Usually with both feet on the floor but sometimes I put them on my chairs wheels.

I think he means one ankle over the opposite knee. The position you're talking about is different.
I go for both feet flat on the floor. Crossing both legs as you play is super weird.
when people say "crossing both legs" do they mean with ankles near opposite knees, or do they mean with ankles crossing each other / feet on the floor?
because i do the latter but not the former
I shift a lot so my posture changes often, but I always am sitting on at least one foot.

I thought he meant pretzel style on the chair, but that would just be insane, trying to reach the keyboard like that..
neways i'd say mostly i play just feet flat on the floor
When playing, both on the floor
I sit on one of my legs. It generally goes numb after a while, so I move around a lot.

because i do the latter but not the former I think it's the former, since that is what was depicted in the video.
edit: Typo.

I shake my legs so much as if having Parkinson. So many girls told me to get rid of that habit before. I got rid of them instead.
I cross my ankles when I'm not doing anything that involves much concentration. Otherwise it's both feet flat on the floor.
Pretty sure I read a thread about this a little while ago.
I either cross my legs or feet flat.
I sit with both crossed, because I sit on the floor with my KB/mouse/monitor on a step in front of me. I could use a desk I guess, but it's super comfortable to just stretch out when I'm not gaming. Also, Love Sacs are great.

Link pls.
I change my position, i mostly sit with my right leg under my ass, or like my right on my left one (ankle near the knee) or just both down / wheels.
i put my feet on a box furniture thing 0_0
i forget what its called
I usually have my feet resting on another chair making me sit like a "L" basically. I rarely have my feet on the ground, even though its supposed to be best for your posture (?) at least I heard something like that.

I cant sit still for periods of time unless I am in deep focus, like playing a game of sc. When doing that I would put my feet on the floor.
-feet on floor -crossed legged on chair -one leg on chair (crossed under the other) -crossed ankles -feet on chair wheels
I move around with these different leg positions when playing a game. The most comfortable for me would be one leg on chair though XD
i don't know when i started doing this, but i tuck my right foot under my left so it rests on the chair. I only do this when i'm playing intense games though, with both feet on the floor i feel too open and don't feel i can concentrate as good
i either sit with both feet on the ground under my chair, knees forward but leg bent and my feet touch the ground with the toes under the chair, or ill just cross my legs but not above the knee just right at the ankle also under my chair with the lower leg bent under the chair
i think i overdescribed and people will think im a pretzel... oh well
is both legs crossed = this?
whats the difference between one leg and both legs crossed? i dont get it
Yea I change up every now and then. I didn't even vote b/c I use several different pc's it either being at my home(3x)/job/laptop/friends house. Hence every computer is set up differently.
I usually have my feet on the wall but i move my legs around constantly
both crossed for any sitting activity
I usually sit down with a leg over the other. Like my right ankle would be underneath my left leg.
i dont sit. i stand while playing bw

I sit with my feet on the radiator behind the desk.
My feet is usually near my monitor when i'm playing
If I have shoes on, one crossed.
If I don't both feet on the wheels or something. My brain keeps on telling me that some kinda creature is gonna jump outta the wall or under the desk and bite my foot if it's on the ground. Odd habit.

lol
I make sure i put my signature on my sit before I game.
...wait D:

I can't sit crosslegged while playing sc because then my knees don't fit (laterally) into to the leg space of my desk, so I can't get close enough to the keyboard to be comfortable.
I sit both feet on the floor
I stretch my legs across the floor and cross my ankles.
i think im hunching haha.
lol i missread at first "how do you shit?"
I sit with both feet on the floor when I play unless im freezing
I switch alot, but usually with only one foot on the floor.
I variate between everything, it changes about every 5 minutes.
