The dudes not only do that, they also have their little place where they just sit and do drugs. There's always a fight everyday too, not long ago I saw them all throwing a bunch of bottles against a car that was fleeing the place. Also I saw a dude getting pummeled hard for not paying something to the head of that group. I remember hearing him say, in an almost begging and have-mercy way: "I... don't have any money man!"

Well, I must say that song is generally tagged as 'retarded' and nobody dance it here. First (2007?), I thought it was satirical, aimed to show the idiocy of reggaeton, but it failed miserably on that, and then it became a kind of 'meme' invoking general stupidity.
I have no idea why is still being played, and even... enjoyed? Surprising.
