Fogo de Chao or whatever near piedmont, brazilian steak house, good~ actually, let me rephrase that... fackin legendary. It's 15 for lunch buffet ??? and 50 for dinner, so OBV, go at LUNCH!
Taqueiro del Sol is a nice mexi-dinner place, avoid lines, go early or for lunch pre 11 30. But it's cheap and so so good, like makes my tummy go wumbly. Fish tacos? Chicken tacos? WHATEVER, this place is famoose, really it is, for its gosu mexi. I only ate there once, there is one very close to atlantic station, and one in decatur. I been to decatur (#2) and it was still good.
One Midtown Kitchen has great duck and calamari, used to be a personal favorite but i exhausted the menu, so I obv can't visit anymore. But the Calamari and duck -_-;; really dope stuff. I also had black pepper ice cream here! It was great! Wierd, but definately one of the best ice cream experiences of my life. It's not a cheap eat though. But it was one of the best eats in ATL.
Chow Baby is popular for quick eats, and it's loads better than varsity for 12 bucks. I think you would like it. Make your own stir-fry? It's fun..??? if that makes sense. I dunno, me and my friends go out to eat a lot and we always share and split and stuff.
If you want a quick date or such.
Churchill Grounds for jazz.
Intermezzo for famous classy cake and coffee. I had some butterscotch bach ice cream or something... maybe brahms butterscotch... but it was deliciously 7 dollars. -_-;; so now I assume it'd be 8!
That, and some corner stores are my atlanta in a pocketbook.
Ok, Atlantic Station - ... I like Fox Sports Bar and Grill most -_-;; I dunno, I don't like Atlantic Station. I don't shop much -_-;; I eat there sometimes and watched movies there. Too many students. I shop elsewhere cept Ikea is handy.
I like to shop at little five points instead and all the good bars are at the virginia highlands. Buckheads for all the tourists. All the real cool in city people go to virginia highlands - -;;
Best advice is really get high, go to a concert. The best thing about Atlanta are the venues.
LOLOLOL, I just read you don't have a car for ATL and have to use Marta. I suggest.. get off at the underground exit, go out to the haagen dasz store, get some ice cream, then go back home. =( Or get a taxi... or just get a ride somehowww.
There is no way to know anything about Atlanta without a car... that's ridic.
